W20
Gearhead W20 contains steel gear wheels for high loads. The spur gears are fixed on steel spindles which are hardened and polished to a mirror finish and rotate in sintered bushings. The robust output shaft rotates in sturdy sintered bushings. All the gears are housed in between thick metal plates & closed by plastic dust cover. All bearings are permanently lubricated and therefore require no maintenance. The design is compact featuring a depth of just 30 mm. W20 can also be combined with synchronous and stepper motors (by screws or screw clips for Fiber motors), and DC motors of several diameters (through a special Fiber adaptor flange). |

EDW
| Low cost electronic programmable controller for tumble dryers |
EDW is a control device for dryers. It is completely programmable from the keyboard of the PC. It allows to operate up to 10 drying programs. For each program drying time, temperature, movement and stop time of the drum and the temperature at the end of the cooling phase can be set. When drying operation is finished, EDW starts with the cooling and anticreasing phases. EDW can control a gas device signalling an alarm when flame doesn't light after a set number of attempts. Among all parameters, inversion or not inversion of the motor, coin box and depressor can be set. |

EDV
| Electronic programmable sequencer |
The EDV is an electronic programmable sequencer. This means that the device can reproduce a switching sequence on a series of relay outputs. The sequence, the time and other parameters can be programmed by a PC software (EDV WIN) and then transferred to the control by mean of the device EWE. The cycle can be programmed in times or in degrees as it was a cam timer. Cycle time may vary from a minimum of 10 seconds to a maximum of 23h 59m 59s. |
